Kocor (Madura) or Cucur Cake in Bahasa Indonesia is a simple fried cake made of flour, red sugar (palm sugar) and some others ingredients. In Indonesia, you can find it easily in traditional market, and even in restaurant.
How to make it?
- 300 gr rice flour ready
- 250 gr of wheat flour
- 300 ml coconut milk

PROCESS
